Chest

The chest becomes very sore, especially on talking. C Sore pain in the upper part of the chest, on breathing, touching, and lifting anything heavy. Bruised pain in the chest. Scraping in the chest from the wind. Tearing scraping in the chest during the cough. The chest is affected by loud talking. FRONT. Trembling or twitching in the forepart of the chest. Pressure in the forepart of the chest, especially in the right side at intervals, aggravated by inspiration, relieved by eructations. Pressure in the ensiform cartilage, on coughing, and also on deep inspiration (after 16 hours). Pressive pain in the morning on rising, in the right margin of the sternum, where it is also painful to touch. Sharp pressive pain behind the sternum, on breathing, as also on swallowing liquids and on eructating for several days. Stitches in the sternum in front of the right breast, also on inspiration in the evening (1st day). Dull stitches suddenly in the sternum, during eructations and on also on swallowing liquids. SIDES. Tension in the right or left sides at night. Pressure in the whole left side of the chest. Frequent pressure in the left side of the chest and region of the heart (8th day). Pinching pressure in the right side of the chest (26th day). Sticking pressure in the right side of the chest, at times, for several days. Sticking pressure in the left side of the chest on deep breathing. Burning-sticking in the left side of the chest, while sitting, disappearing after rising (7th day). Stitches in the right side or left side, at night. Stitches in the sides on inspiration. Stitches in the right side of chest, on inspiration. Stitches between the middle ribs of the right sides, while sitting (1st day). Dull, pinching stitches in the right side of the chest. Dull stitches low down in the left side of the chest, beneath the short ribs. Dull stitches in the right side, beneath the ribs, in the morning. Tearing in the left side of the chest on the last short ribs. Throbbing in the left side, near the pit of the stomach. Sticking throbbing in the one rib of the right side, opposite the pit of the stomach. MAMMAE. When sitting still, a sudden very sharp shoot from a spot close to inner side of right breast, about the center, from above downwards, going straight through to the back, making her feel faint, and leaving a feeling of tenderness to touch at two spots about the size of a shilling, one where the pain began and the other where it left off. Violent stitch beneath both breasts, after lifting a heavy weight; Afterwards gripping in both sides of the upper abdomen extending forward in the afternoon. Tearing stitches in the breast. Tearing in the left breast (17th day). Tearing pain in the right breast (9th day). Jerking pain externally in the left lowest ribs. Bubbling-like muscular twitches in the upper part of the right breast (22nd day). Tickling in the right breast (16th day).

Back and neck

NECK. Stiff neck. Stiffness in the nape of the neck in the morning in bed (also after 3 days). Stiffness in the nape of the neck in the morning disappearing during the day; lasting several weeks. Jerking pain in the left side of the neck (after 2 days). BACK. Stiffness in the back, she is unable to stoop. Stiffness and lameness in the back, and small of the back. Rheumatic pains in the back, chest, shoulders and arms, worse on moving them. Attack of constrictive pain in the back, during rest, after physical effort. Pressure in the left scapula. A pressure at first between the scapula, afterwards a burning extending thence to the crest of the pelvis, alike during rest and motion; The burning is perceptible when touched by the hand. Frequent pain just above the small of the back while sitting. Violent pain in the small of the back, with pains in the abdomen like labor pains and discharge from the vagina. Pain like a heaviness in the small of the back. During the menses, pain in the small of the back like a heaviness. Pain in the small of the back as from flatulent distension, in the morning in bed, with a feeling as if bubbles accumulated at the small of the back, associated urgent desire for stool, all of which disappear after passing wind. Violent pain in the small of the back, as if broken, on moving about. Drawing pain in the small of the back. Violent constant drawing in the small of the back, alternating with pulsation in it, only relieved when lying. Pressure in the region of both kidneys (7th, 8th and 9th days). Pressure in the back above the region of the right kidney in the morning (20th day). During the menses, severe pressure in the small of the back and forepart of the lower abdomen, as if every thing would push out at the genitals. Sore pressure in the region of the right kidney (6th day). C Feeling in the morning as if the small of the back were pressed inwards from both sides. Stitching ascending at times from the small of the back through the left side of the abdomen to the chest. Stitches in the region of both kidneys (11th and 29th days). Dull Stitches in the region of the left kidney, at first on expiration, afterwards several in succession, disappearing on rubbing. Tearing in the region of the right kidney (13th day). Tearing in the lumbar muscles, impeding respiration. Tearing back and forth in the left lumbar region, while sitting disappearing on motion. Pain as if the flesh were torn from the loins when walking, but especially when touched. Pain as if bruised in the regions of both kidneys, continuing a long time in the afternoon while sitting (1st day). Severe bruised feeling in the small of the back, especially in the morning on rising. Throbbing in the small of the back. Jerking pain in the small of the back on stooping so that for a long time he is unable to stand erect. SACRAL. Tickling weary pain above the sacrum.
