Heat in forenoon, with feeling of heat over whole body, less about head, without thirst, with sweat on abdomen and chest. Hot sensation in face without redness. Burning on r. side of small of back when rising and on pressure; on tip of r. elbow; paroxysmal; in a corn; in r. heel and tendo-achillis as if asleep; itching, under skin of inner side of l. wrist, with stinging. Warmth in concha of l. ear, with itching.

Sweat, easy, (<) during and after eating.

Clinical. – Hectic fever every day form 11 till 12 or 1 O’clock.
