Fever, perspiration, and burning feet, with the restlessness (sixteenth night). Considerable fever, with the dull painful stupid feeling in head (seventh day). Head feels hot and stupid (thirty-fifth day). Unnatural heat of the head, hands, and feet all the time ) twelfth day). Burning heat of the face, flushed after tea, with headache in the left temple (twelfth day); flushed face continues every evening (fifteenth and sixteenth days). Hands feel hot and clammy to me, but not so to any one else (thirty-fifth day). Feeling as if the heat of the room was unbearable, producing perspiration (sixteenth day). Cold perspiration at the bottom of the back (fifth day).

(Morning), On awaking, headache; headache in left side of head; till afternoon, headache in back of head; itching of the scalp; on rising, oedema of the eyelids; after rising, oedema and redness of the eyelids; teeth feel elongated; toothache; tongue coated white; clammy taste; dirty taste; on awaking, hoarseness and soreness in throat; on arising, dryness and huskiness in throat; when swallowing, sensation of scraping in throat; on awaking, constrictive sensation in pharynx; eructations tasting of sulphur; 6 A.M., woke with pain in left hypochondriac region; on waking, abdomen distended; rumbling in the bowels, followed by griping pains; uneasiness in the bowels, as if diarrhoea would come on; after getting up, bleeding from anus; tingling, with itching, in the orifice of the urethra; on waking, desire to urinate, with tenesmus of the bladder; on rising, passage of a large quantity of dark-red urine; hoarseness; cough; on waking, stiffness in cords of neck; pain in loins; pain over right kidney; unwilling to get up; on rising, itching on prepuce; sensation of bruised soreness and tension in skin of face.
(Forenoon), 9 A.M., irritable feeling in head, with soreness of the eyes; pain over left eyebrow; 10 A.M., stiffness and itching of the eyelids; pains in ear; 11.30 A.M., discharge of yellowish water from right nostril; 9 A.M., feeling of boring pain in or near umbilicus; 11 A.M., discharge of stinking flatus; 9 A.M., inclination to diarrhoea; increased flow of urine; 10 A.M., scraping sensation low down in bronchia; pain in the limbs; rheumatic pains in right elbow.
(Noon), Bruised sensation over head; pain in socket of right eye.
(Afternoon), Shooting pains in left parietal region; 6 P.M. while walking and driving, pain in left side of head; sneezing; 4 P.M., sensation across bridge of nose as if nasal bones were being pressed together; 2.30 to 4 P.M., toothache; eructations, tasting of carbonic acid gas; 6 P.M., pain in left hypochondriac region; 5 P.M., pain in right iliac region; 4 P.M., cutting pain under navel; 4 P.M., oppression of chest, with dull and stupid feeling; while walking in the open air, sensation of heat in the precordia, with fullness in the abdomen; 4 P.M., on ascending stairs, beating of the heart; 2 P.M., moving or turning the head, soreness and stiffness of the neck; 4 P.M., pain in muscles of neck and shoulders; 3 P.M., heaviness and weight of extremities; darting pain at inner angle of right patella; 4 P.M., pain in dorsal and plantar surfaces of feet; itching; 1 to 3 P.M., chilliness, with heat in head, and pains in limbs, chest, and head; 2 P.M., cold chills, with gooseflesh.
(Evening), Irritable and morose temper; nervous and cerebral symptoms; muddled and confused feeling in head, with inability to think; heaviness and weariness in the head; pain in temples; headache over right eye; 10 P.M., itching of the scalp; on going to bed, face ache; 10 P.M., bleeding of gums; roughness and sensation of erosion in throat; sickness of stomach, with rumbling in the abdomen; pains in stomach; when going to bed, tender spot just under navel when touched; griping pain in bowels, with nausea; pains in abdomen; itching in the opening of the urethra; 7 P.M., cutting pain in the urethra; oppression of chest, with hurried respiration; 10 P.M., weariness and pain in the loins and lower extremities; on lying down, boring rheumatic pains in various parts of the body; trembling of arms and hands; on lying down, boring pains in bones of hand; pain in joints of fingers; pain in right knee-joint and right side; itching; 10 P.M. itching over the body; chilly sensation, with cold feet; flushed face.
(Night), After going to bed, pain over right eye; awoke with face ache; toothache in left upper molars; dirty taste in mouth, with thirst; on awaking, rawness and soreness in pharynx; pain in bowels; while asleep, emission of semen; in bed, on drawing a long breath, stitches in lower lobe of left lung; throbbing of the arteries; itching in the commissures of fingers of left hand; sleeplessness; restlessness; constant dreaming.
(About midnight), Gloomy dreams.
(Contact), Pain in teeth.
(After dinner), Aching of some decayed teeth in lower jaw; stitches in the heart.
(While eating breakfast), Soreness of some sound teeth.
(After eating), Pain in teeth; peculiar sensation at cardiac orifice of stomach; rumbling in abdomen.
(Exercising mental faculties), Depression, rapid respiration, and anxiety.
(After exercise), Weakness of the loins.
(High degree of heat), Pains in teeth.
(Deep inspiration), Colic pains in left side of abdomen.
(Laughing), Pain in left hypochondriac region.
(Lying on left side), Colic pains in that side of abdomen.
(After lying down), Yawning.
(After a meal), Sinking faint feeling.
(Movement), Headache in forehead, with pressure over right eye; pain in left hypochondriac region; pain over right kidney; pain over sacrum.
(Moving head to side affected), Soreness and stiffness of sternocleidomastoid muscles of right side of neck.
(Moving left arm), Pain in muscles of upper part.
(Pressure), Tenderness in forehead over eyes and in left frontal protuberance; bruised pain in left eye; pain in orbits of eyes; pain over region of kidneys; pain near left side of sternum; tenderness along whole spinal column.
(Reading), Uneasiness in epigastrium, with nausea.
(On rising), After being seated for three hours, chilliness, with heat in head, and pain in limbs, chest, and head.
(Warm room), Pain in both temples; itching; cold hands.
(Rubbing), Itching at top of thorax.
(Scratching), Itching of eruption on thighs and hips; burning sensation of skin of whole body.
(While sitting), Darting pain up the urethra; pleuritic pain in left sternum; in a warm room, pains through body; all symptoms.
(While asleep), Grinding of the teeth.
(Standing), weakness of the loins; pain over sacrum.
(During stool), Discharge of blood from anus.
(Stooping), Pain in abdomen; stiffness and pain in left knee.
(Study), Dull stupefying pain in head.
(Turning around), Pain in head.
(Turning head suddenly), Pain in left side of scalp.
(After urinating), Itching-prickling sensation in the lips of the meatus.
(Walking), In cold air, pain in teeth; uneasiness in epigastrium, with nausea; bruised sensation in top of thigh; tearing pain in right ankle.
