PRONOUNCE OR PERISH

There is already in existence the Womens National Homoeopathic Leagues (The Meissen), composed of the national lay women and wives, working in conjunction with our national organization. Ever county or state society should organize their lay women and wives into county and state branches of these homoeopathic societies.

BROADCASTING.

Another thing: Do you know that in the past the Columbia Broadcasting System in New York City and the National Broadcasting Company each granted to the American Medical Association the privilege of a weekly broadcast over their respective networks without cost to the medical profession?.

Immediate contact should be made with these broadcasting systems asking that our organization be given equal representation on the air and that no discrimination be made between the two schools.

It is may cherished hope that the 1939 convention of our national and international Associations will not close its doors until definite action has been taken toward the realization of practical program for the advancement and safeguarding of the precepts of Samuel Hahnemann.

This can best be accomplished by:.

First: The creation of a lay journal, or the support of one already firmly established.

Second: A full time National Field Secretary.

Third: The creation of a consultant Committee of 50, representative of every state and every homoeopathic organization.

Fourth: Complete cooperation and support of the Five-Year-Plan.

In conclusion I wish to read a short poem-the preface to The Grounds of a Homoeopaths Faith, by Samuel A. Jones, M.D., Professor of Materia Medica and Therapeutics in the Homoeopathic Medical College of the University of Michigan, published June 23, 1879-sixty years sag:.

Go, little Book, the world is all before thee,.

Stand for the truth though all the world deride.

Firm as a rock though all the world ignore thee:.

As thou art true what needst thou ask beside?.

Go little Book, “THE MASTER” now is sleeping.

Truth seeks a witness, stand thou in his place.

Truth puts his spotless honor in thy keeping.

when craven mongrels would his work deface.

Go, little Book, though place and power condemn thee:.

Thourt not alone, thou canst not single be.

For, though the many in their might condemn thee,.

One truth and God is Truths majority.
