Fever
Chilliness. Severe chills, with the pains between the hips, and with the throbbing and jerking in different muscles (after two hours, fourth day). Extremities cold (after ten hours). Cold extremities decidedly marked throughout the whole proving.
Coldness of the hands and feet (fifth day). Great coldness of the feet (after two, hours, fourth day). Heat. Fever; great chilliness; can’t get warm; followed by cold, clammy sweat; chilliness predominates (second day). Slight fever (tenth day).
Slight fever, with the pain in vertex (second day). Heat in head (first, second, and third days). Head feels hot (after twenty minutes, seventh day). Heat and congestion of the head, with the nosebleed (after six hours and a half). Forehead hot (after seven hours and a half, fourth day). Great heat in the right side of head (after second dose, thirteenth day). Heat in lower dorsal and lumbar regions (after second dose, thirteenth day). Sweat.
Profuse perspiration. Profuse cold clammy sweats, with great chilliness (fifth day). Cold clammy sweat of feet, in evening (seventeenth day); feet cold and sweaty all day (eighteenth day; cold clammy perspiration in the evening (twentieth day). Cold clammy sweat of hands and feet, in daytime (thirteenth day). Cold clammy sweat of hands (fourteenth day); in the forenoon (sixteenth day).

Aggravation.
(Morning), 8 A.M., headache in vertex; on waking, margins of lips red; agglutination of eyelids; on waking, nausea; faint feeling at epigastrium; while eating breakfast, dull pain in cardiac region; on waking, pains in abdomen; 6 A.M., awoke;with tired, heavy;sensation in small of back and limbs; on awaking, pain in legs; renewed vigor; on awaking, tired feeling; on rising, soreness and lameness of left side.
(Forenoon), 9.30 A.M., pain in chest; 10 A.M. to 2 P.M., the symptoms; cold clammy sweat of hands.
(Noon), On rising up from sitting position, vertigo. (Afternoon), Headache; 5 P.M. pressive headache; 3 P.M., pains in region of kidneys and back of neck; 4 P.M., tired, heavy sensation in small of back; pain in calf of right leg.
(Evening), Vertigo; head symptoms; 7 P.M., frontal headache and vertigo; 9 P.M. pain in frontal region and vertex; 6.30 P.M., on going into open air, contracted sensation of left hemisphere of brain; heaviness of eyelids; 9 P.M., pain around anus; pain in left lung; 6 till 11 P.M., throbbing in muscles of left side; pain at apex of heat; 9 P.M., twitching of muscles on back of left hip; heaviness of legs; symptoms; 9 P.M., sleepiness.
(Night), 12 P.M., on waking from sleep, tired sensation in lumbar region; pain in leg; itching of body;;until 12 P.M., sleep restless.
(Bandaging head tightly), Pains.
(Binding head), Vertigo; headache in vertex; stitch in small of back.
(While bending forward), Pain in back.
(Bowing the head), Headache.
(On exertion), Heaviness in arms and legs.
(During and after defecation), Stinging and itching in anus.
(Going upstairs), Headache; pain in left inguinal region; tired feeling in the limbs; tired feeling.
(Lamp light), Pain in eyes.
(Strong light), Pain in eyeballs.
(Lying down), Vertigo.
(During and after micturition), Burning.
(Motion), Pressive sensation in head; dull pain over head; pain in frontal region; headache;in frontal region; headache in left side of head; pressure over eyes; pain in supraorbital region; pain in lumbar region; the symptoms.
(Moving), Wind from bowels; pain in muscles of thighs.
(Morning eyes), Pressive pains in head; headache in vertex; eye symptoms; pain in eyeballs.
(Raising head), Vertigo.
(Rising), Vertigo; headache.
(Rising and moving about), Nausea.
(Rolling the eyes), Headache.
(Warm room), Eye symptoms.
(After sleep), Sore throat.
(Stooping), Vertigo; pains in head; dull pain over head; headache in vertex; pain in supraorbital region.
(Studying), Pressive sensation in head; headache in vertex; pressure over eyes; burning along spine.
(Swallowing), Raw feeling in throat; feeling as if a plug was in throat; rough and scrapy.
(Touch), Pain in pimples on face; pain in anterior portion of leg.
(Turning eyes), Pain in eyeballs; eye symptoms.
(Turning head), Dull pain over head; pressive pains in head.
(Turning over), Headache on top of head.
(Constant use of eyes); Pain in eyes.
(When walking), Vertigo; pain in lower right occipital region; pain in left inguinal region; heaviness and weariness of limbs; tired feeling; prostration.
(After writing), Prostration of mind.
