CORYZA.
FLUENT CORYZA –
Constant, watery discharge, excoriating nostrils and lips.
Stuffed feeling in the head as from severe cold.
Coryza, with discharge of thick, white mucus.
Fluent catarrh, with sensation of fullness of upper part of nose.
Chronic discharge from nose, of greenish or of bloody pus.
Profuse nasal discharge staining greenish yellow.
Nasal bones sore to pressure.
Sore throat, passing alternately from one of side to the other and back again.
COUGH.
DRY COUGH –
Very penetrating, dry, hoarse, barking cough.
Dry, tickling cough, from upper anterior part of larynx; or in upper part of throat.
SPUTA –
None, cough dry; or, Profuse, sticky, tough, white mucus in masses.
WORSE –
Lying down.
Talking, and deep breathing.
Eating or drinking: at night.
BETTER –
Sitting up, or getting up and walking around.
SPECIAL –
Profuse nasal discharge of thick, white or colorless mucus.
Exceedingly penetrating, tickling, dry cough.
