CORYZA.
FLUENT CORYZA–
Fluent coryza, without sneezing.
Lachrymation, with smarting of the eyes.
Burning in throat, extending to stomach, as if a flame were pouring out.
Chills, headache front and occiput, stiff neck, pains in back and limbs, general malaise and prostration, fluent eyes, nose, and trachea.
DISCHARGES–
Profuse, watery mucus, with burning and smarting of all the mucous surfaces involved: constant, tickling loose cough: Tears, excoriating, acrid.
Nasal discharges, bland (see also Euphrasia).
COUGH.
DRY COUGH–
Dry, tickling, hacking, constant cough, night and day.
With running of the eyes.
Burning and smarting in eyes, throat, and bronchi: profuse secretion of mucus.
Dry, hollow cough, from tickling in throat and chest.
Dry, hacking cough, day and night, with tickling in throat and tearful eyes.
LOOSE, DRY COUGH–
Severe, dry, spasmodic cough, night and day, wearing him out; copious sputa only in morning, dry cough the rest of the time.
SPUTA–
None, except in morning, when it is scanty, or copious.
CHEST–
Burning and stitching in left chest, felt more at rest, better from motion.
