DRY COUGH– Nervous, occasional and very spasmodic coughs.
Convulsive, violent paroxysms of spasmodic cough; intermittent in recurrence.
Intermittent cough in severe paroxysms of 15 m. to 1 hour.
Short, barking coughing regularly about once a minute; very spasmodic.
Very spasmodic scanty or loose difficult cough.
Children lose their breath, and get black in the face.
Lying down; must sit up.
Change of air provokes cough; throat and chest very sensitive to change.
Feeling as if very cold air were streaming through the air passages, when breathing deeply.
Subjective odors of disagreeable sorts; smoke, onions, etc.
Great sensitiveness of the air passages.
