Combined with the poison of Syphilis too,

Irregular outlines to Ulcers are seen,

Discharges are always offensive and green.

Ulcers and Piles produce “sharp, pricking pains;

May be patient of “splinters in rectum” complains

Next in Hemorrhage its service is frequent indeed;

Its Ulcers and Piles quite frequently bleed;

Typhoid Fever when Hemorrhages crimson deplete,

Red being their color wherever their seat

In Chronic Gonorrhea and Secondary Syphilis,

Chronic Hepatitis and also Sycosis,

Urine a “horse-urine” odor will bear.

Most subjects are spare, with dark eyes and hair.
