Dr. Sadeghi was born in Tehran in 21.3.1960. At the age of 16, he took part in a tough national examination to compete for an international scholarship in which more than 60 countries participated. He succeeded to be one of the 30 Iranian students who won the scholarship to travel to the U.S.A. from Iran in 1976.
Many students had come to New York in September of 1976 to stay at Columbia University for a few days before being divided into various groups from more than 60 countries. A very unique combination of people from all five continents met each other on a college campus.
Dr. Sadeghi lived for about a year in San Diego, California. Since he was a high school student, he was admitted at James Madison High School and picked out classes which made it possible for him to get his diploma.
He studied hard and became one of the 1st rank senior students at the James Madison High School, in 1977. A CSF (California Scholarship Federation scholarship) was awarded to him for his achievements at the high school. He came back to Tehran and entered Tehran Medical University the next year, 1978.
Seyedaghanoor Sadeghi has been a conventional medical doctor since 1987. After graduating from the medical university, he has visited and treated more than 30,000 patients in his conventional medicine career, but he was not content with himself. One of his friends gave him an announcement about a homeopathy course at Iran Medical University’s Homeopathy Learning Center. He decided to register and take part in the course. After about 30 months, he passed the course successfully by becoming the first ranked scholar. The topic of his thesis was “Homeopathic Treatment of Diabetic Patients”. A copy of it was offered to the Iranian Homeopathy Association, to be used by other homeopaths.
