Ear

Sudden sensation as if the ears were stopped and as though the head were distended at both side, immediately disappearing (third day). Pain in the left ear, extending into the left parietal bone and left temple, while sitting soon after dinner. Boring gnawing pain in the left ear, extending towards the right, with undiminished mobility of the jaw, disappearing on rubbing, in the afternoon Violent boring pain deep in the right ear, extending towards the parietal bone and over the temple, in the afternoon, pressure and roaring in the ear, (after one hour). Painful sticking in the right ear, extending forward towards the temples the pains extends into the right lower jaw (after half an hours). Stitches in both ears at the same time (after one hour and a half). Tearing deep in the right ear, shooting thence into the left parietal bones in the forenoon (second day). Tearing in the right side inner changing into the lower teeth of the same side, while sitting in the afternoon. painful tearing in the left external meatus, frequently related (first day). Violent tearing in the right side for half an hour, in the evening (third day). Violent tearing in the right concha, in the evening (second day). violent tearing in the bone behind the left ear (third day). (130) Violent painful tearing in front of the right ear, in the bone (first day). Roaring in the ears (fifth day).

Nose

Objective. Bleeding of the nose (thirteen day). Bleeding from the nose, in the morning (tenth day). Bleeding from the right side nostril, in cool weather and without apparent cause (fifth day). Bleeding from the right nostril, in the evening during cool and without being previously heated (ninth day ). Nosebleed with vanishing of vision in the afternoon (third day). The right nostril bleeds easily (second day). Suddenly bright red blood from the right nostril, with a constricted sensation in the region of the heart and palpitation (eleventh day) Ineffectual efforts to sneeze (after two hours), unusual sneezing (after quarter of an hour) Frequent sneezing especially violent at 11 p.m. often followed by great irritability of the nose (fourth day) Violent sneezing four times in quick succession, followed by some blood from the nose, which is times in quick succession, followed by some blood from the nose, which is bright red (fifth day). Violent sneezing six or seven times (after half an hour). Violent sneezing lasting a quarter of an hour followed by profuse bleeding of the nose lasting three-quarters of an hour (after one hour) Subjective. Stoppage of the nose (second to fourth day). Face

Objective. Frequent rush of blood into the face, with burning in the cheeks (third day). Subjective. Tickling sensation in the face, in the evening, (fifth day). Cheeks. Sticking in the upper jaw and upper lip, in the afternoon (first day). Pain in the right zygoma, extending to about the orbit Very painful sticking as with an awl in the right zygoma in the afternoon while sitting (fifth day). Lips. Jerking in the right side of the lower lip, in the evening (third day). China Tearing in the chin (after half an hour). Boring in the right side of the lower jaw, especially beneath the back teeth (thirteenth day). A boring pain in the angle of the left lower jaw, thence it extends upon into the left temple and head afterwards back again, while sitting relieved by rubbing; after diner. Boring jerking pain extending from the right temple into the bone of the lower jaw, while sitting in the forenoon. Tearing in the middle of the right lower jaw. “afterwards a similar pain in the teeth of the left upper jaw, while sitting in the afternoon. Tearing in the right lower jaw, rather towards the front from time to time walking in the open air, then also continuing in the house, lasting until evening (first day). Violent tearing in the middle of the lower maxilla which then changes to the back teeth, where it becomes a gnawing while sitting in the forenoon. Boring, gnawing, tearing pain in the angle of the left lower jaw; thence it extends into the left parietal bone, then into the inner ear, afterwards in the right and then again into the left ear; together with throbbing deep in the bones; at 1 p.m. while sitting, Gnawing pain in the middle of the right lower maxilla, which then changes to the teeth corresponding to the same bone, disappearing when biting the teeth together; While sitting in the afternoon.

Mouth

Teeth. Pain in the teeth, pressive (first day), (intermitting (second day). Toothache (fifth day). (fourteen day). Toothache, after dinner and supper (ninth day). Toothache an hour after eating, lasting for two hours and especially violent when walking rapidly (tenth day). Fine sudden, transient stitches in the upper incisors, nape of the neck, left ankle joint (third day). Tearing in the lowest front incisors and as she opens the mouth again two violent tearings, in the forenoon (first day). Feeling of crawling in the roots of the three lower right front teeth, lasting an hour, transiently relieved by pressing upon them at 7 p.m. (first day) Crawling and almost tickling in the three front lower incisors, disappearing on biting upon them but immediately returning, at 4 p. m. (first day).-Pressive, frequent tearing pain in he right upper teeth, and especially in the left back teeth, (after two hours). Sticking in the roots of several upper teeth of the left side, at 2 P. M., especially violent about 4 P. M., and frequently repeated (seventh day).-Tearing in the right lower teeth (twelfth day). Tearing and gnawing now in right, now in the left lower molars, disappearing after lying down in the evening (third day). Sudden tearing in the right lower hollow back teeth, as though the teeth would be drawn out; the tearing extends into the upper back teeth, the ascending rami of the jaw, the right ear, and the temples, associated with increase of saliva, perspiration of the right half of the head and general perspiration, in the evening in bed; the pains are aggravated by warmth, relieved by motion of the body; cold air seems to relieve for the moment; pulsation in the whole right side of the lower jaw; (took Nux 3, at 10 P. M., after which the pain gradually disappeared) (sixth day); the pains in the right lower back teeth returned the next morning after the dose, were paroxysmal, afterwards increased, were aggravated by drawing in the warm air, and accompanied by accumulation of saliva; in the afternoon the teeth felt as if protruding from their sockets, returning at intervals for the next two days. Frequent jerk like tearing in the right lower back teeth, causing involuntary crying out, at 5 P. M. (eighth day).-Gnawing pain in three sound middle molars of the right upper jaw, which extends into the zygoma; thence the pain extends into the left middle upper teeth, and then into the corresponding zygoma, where it disappeared.-Some jerks in the right lower back teeth (seventh day). Tongue. Vesicle on the tip of the tongue, at 4 P. M. Burning on the tip of the tongue, lasting a long time (after one hour).-Cooling burning, as from peppermint on the tongue in a small spot (after three hours).- Sensation of lateral contraction of the tongue, immediately.- Biting on the tip and forepart of the tongue, as from pepper (soon). General Mouth. Burning in the posterior portion of the palate. Feeling as though there was a bad odor in the mouth, only noticed by himself (after one hour and a half).-Numbness of the whole inner mouth, in the morning after waking, disappearing after rising (second day). Saliva. Profuse secretion of saliva (after one hour). Expectoration of bloody saliva. Accumulation of water in the mouth (after two hours and a half).-Taste. Metallic taste on the tongue, soon after first administering, in most instances.-Metallic taste on the tongue, with contracted feeling in the pharynx. The soup at noon seems sweet to her.

Throat

Sticking in the left side of the throat while a swallowing, in the morning (second day_.-Tickling in the throat, with dry cough, during the epistaxis (third day). Fauces and Esophagus. A sense of constriction at the fauces, soon after first administration (in most instances),-Distressing spasm at the isthmus faucium, when administered in the form of a powder (in some cases).- Scraping in the fauces, immediately,-Feeling in the esophagus almost like heartburn (after half an hour).

External Throat.

Contractive sensation externally in the forepart of the throat (after one hour).-Cramp in the parotid glands (after one hour).- Drawing in the skin of the right side of the throat, extending into the lower jaw (after three hours). Violent tearing, extending from the left submaxillary gland into the left lower teeth (after a quarter of an hour). Jerking in the left jugular vein, disappearing for only a short time on rubbing, then returning again in a less degree, while sitting in the afternoon.
