      Cowhage. Jeanes. Leguminosae.


      Eyes yellow. Jaundice.


      Soreness and tenderness of gums, in teething children. Gums swollen; neuralgic pains in them, worse at night.


      Pain, like a splinter, near and right tonsil, worse when swallowing.

Stool etc.

      Constipation during teething or pregnancy.White stools. Jaundice.


      On lying down at night.


      Neuralgic pains following herpes zoster.


      Violent itching all over body, without any visible eruption. Jaundice.Dry, tettery eruption on arms and limbs, resembling zona.


      In teething affections, if feverish symptoms exist, always give a dose of Aconite before the Dolichos; where this precaution has been neglected, convulsions have followed the use of even the high potencies.

C. Hering
Hering got the degree of M. D. from the University of Wuezburg with highest honours. The theme of his thesis was "De'Medicina Futura" (The medicine of future). Hering left Germany for West Indies and finally arrived at Philadelphia in Jan, 1833. He established a homeopathic school at Allentown, Pennsylvania, commonly known as "Allentown Academy". Soon he became very popular as a physician. He is known as the 'Father of Homeopathy' in America.
