Dry cough, with shortness of breath; great thirst and loss of appetite; sleepless from cough; urine greenish; small; black, but superficial petechiae.
Dry, harassing cough in suspected phthisis.
Incessant dry cough, from tickling in trachea; hoarseness and roughness in throat; worse while walking.
Annoying, dry cough, scanty at night.
Dry or loose morning cough; coughs an hour, with dyspnea and prostration.
LOOSE COUGH –
Continuous cough, scanty or loose, dry and night; compelling him to sip up; cannot lie down; great thirst, no appetite, no sleep.
Loose bronchial coughs, chronic; worse in cold part of year; better in summer.
Loose, easy cough in morning.
SPUTA –
None, cough dry (acute).
Copious, purulent and terribly offensive (chronic).
Consumption, loose and easy in morning.
WORSE –
In cold part of year; loose bronchial coughs.
While walking; dry cough.

CHEST –
Stitching pains in front and between shoulders; not affecting the breathing.
