CORYZA.
FLUENT CORYZA-
Sudden and violent coryza; dry in room, fluent out of doors, Smell of sour beer or fish brine in nose.
Troublesome dryness and sensitiveness of nose.
Chronic catarrh after eruptive fevers; as measles, variola, scarlatina; offensive, purulent discharge.
Ulcerations, painful, forming scabs, in nose.
DISCHARGES-
Fluent out of doors; dry in room.
Offensive, purulent, chronic; blows form nose much thick, green mucus, mixed with blood; later, brown mucus, mixed with blood; later, brown scabs form in nose.
COUGH.
DRY COUGH-
Frequent, dry, hacking cough only by day; none at night, after lying down.
Asthmatic attacks following vaccination; better lying on affected side.
LOOSE COUGH-
Loose cough, evenings after lying down; expectoration easier lying on right side.
SPUTA-
None, cough dry; or, Loose, green, offensive, like old cheese.
WORSE-
By day, dry cough; lying down, loose cough.
Eating or drinking anything cold; immediately after eating.
In morning, after rising.
BETTER-
At night, lying down.
Lying on affected side, asthma better.
Lying on right side, expectoration easier.
SENSATIONS-
Unpleasant smells before nose; offensive discharges.
Spasm of chest; or, stitches in chest from drinking cold drinks.
Sensation of drops falling in chest.
Sharp neuralgic pains in chest; superficial, and extending to other parts.
