DRY COUGH–
Hysterical, severe, dry cough; with constriction of chest; worse in morning.
Severe dry cough, with pain under left breast.
SPUTA–
None.
RESPIRATION–
Hysterical spasm of the chest.
Suffocative constriction, especially on becoming cold.
SENSATION–
Of stricture, or of sudden closure of larynx.
MIND–
Great fear and dread of death.
