Best homeopathic remedies for Small Pox from the book Therapeutic Pointers to Some Common Diseases by E.A. Farrington…

Anacardium [Anac]

It is excellent remedy, when loss of memory appears as a sequel of small pox.

Antimonium Tartaricum [Ant-t]

It is particularly called for when the eruption does not come out properly or has been repelled. See the symptoms of this remedy in `Measles’ (P.103); the same symptoms also indicate this remedy. It will frequently restore the eruption and save the patient.

It is also very in the beginning before the eruption appears and the patient has a dry, teasing cough. You should give here Ant. Tar., because it covers all the symptoms it suits the cough and also the reason of the cough.

It also suits the eye symptoms which occur during the course of the disease.

Apis [Apis]

It is indicated in small pox, when there are intense itching and swelling.

Rhus Tox [Rhus-t]

It is indicated when the pustules turn black and when there is diarrhoea with dark bloody stools, and pains tearing down the thighs during stool.

Thuja [Thuj]

It is indicated when the pustules are very large if given as soon as the vesicles began to turn into pustules, it will prevent scarring.
