EDITORIAL. There is only one thing that will overcome all of this and, if it could ever be accomplished, would perhaps do much to overcome the neurosis which plague us today. It is education into adulthood. It would have to be a completely revised education, something the like of which has never been followed out. There have been inklings of it here and there.
HOMOEOPATHIC PHILOSOPHY A COMPREHENSIVE SURVEY. A Membership Drive has been started in the last year for any number of members all over the country, doctors and laymen. For a 10 a year membership each member receives the twelve issues of the magazine for laymen. The Layman Speaks, reports of what the Foundation is doing and what members are doing and can do.
THE EFFECTS OF THE CRUDE X-RAY ON HUMAN TISSUES AND A PROVING OF THE POTENTIZED X-RAY EMANATIONS. Recently, in working with Doctor Post of Philadelphia, I conceived the idea of having the alcohol irradiated in an open vessel and the raw rays pushed right into the alcohol without a glass screen intervening as done with a bottle which I exposed. Doctor Post has very kindly co-operated with me and we have exposed the same alcohol several times to the raw rays.
TRUTH IS STRANGER THAN FICTION. Wordsworth said: “Nature never betrayed a heart that loved her.” The writer would emphatically declare the same about Homoeopathy which is, after all, nothing but nature discovered and applied in the realm of therapeutics. The way Homoeopathy heals the sick and reclaims them just from the verge of the grave is simply marvellous.
WHAT ABOUT TONSILS. Is it necessary to state that Homoeopathy treats the patient and, if the similimum covers the totality of the symptoms, any remedy of the Materia Medica might effect a cure? It is true that it is the long way, but it is also the best, because not only the tonsils are cured, but the patient as well.
