QUESTION AND ANSWER DEPARTMENT

There are both constructive and destructive vibrations everywhere about us. When a glass or tumbler can be shattered by a musical tone of a vibratory pitch consonant with that of the glass, as has been repeatedly demonstrated, there is obviously a force present more potent than a mere placebo.

Note-Send questions to Dr. Eugene Underhill, Jr., 2010 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Penna.

Question: IF HOMOEOPATHIC IS SO GOOD WHY DID THE NO. 1 HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL SCHOOL OF AMERICA FAIL TO TEACH IT?.

Answer: Because the No.1 medical school is forced to comply with the arbitrary standards prescribed by the American Medical Association or else lose its. No.1 rating. Failure to comply might mean its ultimate liquidation in-as much as the A.M.A. and the state medical boards freely exercise dictatorial powers. It is hard to serve two masters. The medical schools of the country are compelled to serve allopathy and therefore homoeopathy just naturally goes by the board.

Question: RELATIVE TO ALLEGED “QUACK” ADVERTISING ACCEPTED BY THE HOMOEOPATHIC RECORDER.

Answer: Just why should the standard of advertising purity be raised so much higher for the Homoeopathic Recorder than for other medical and professional journals? A perusal of the advertising pages of almost any medical periodical, including the most “reputable”, might prove illuminating. As to the charge of quackery in the advertisements referred to, we would submit that the case is not proven until the defense has been heard from and all the evidence considered impartially.

However, the carrying of paid advertisements does not necessarily imply endorsement. If it did we fear that advertising would become conspicuous by its absence in the majority of journals and magazines. The editors of the Recorder would be glad to publish their journal on a subsidized basis, free from the necessity of any paid advertising. Contributions toward this worthy end will be thankfully received.

Questions: RELATIVE TO THE LIMITATION OF THE LAW OF SIMILARS ENTIRELY TO DRUGS SUBSTANCES.

Answer: Each drug evidently carries a specific energy vibration and is doubtless “broadcasting” this vibration on a definite wave length or frequency. With further investigation in the field of light, heat, color, electric and magnetic vibrations there os no reason to doubt the ultimate correlation of these various modalities in the therapeutic field with the homoeopathic law. There are both constructive and destructive vibrations everywhere about us. When a glass or tumbler can be shattered by a musical tone of a vibratory pitch consonant with that of the glass, as has been repeatedly demonstrated, there is obviously a force present more potent than a mere placebo.
