Characteristic Symptoms
Acute gonorrhoea, burning, smarting pains, frequent desire to urinate, swelling and redness of meatus urinarius, painful erections, swelling of the prepuce as if distended with water. Thick, yellowish or muco-purulent discharge. Pain deep in perinaeum, stream small and passed with hesitation, sensation of a ball pressing against the urethra, pain decreased by motion, increased by standing some time. Erections feeble.
Dr. Oscar Hansen, M.D., from Denmark, was a corresponding member of the British Homeopathic Society and the American Institute of Homeopathy. His book 'Textbook of Materia Medica and Therapeutics of Rare Homeopathic Remedies' was published in 1899.
