Characteristic Symptoms

      Urethritis with much mucus; cutting after micturition with constriction. Haematuria (Terebinth). Prostatitis.

Therapeutics

      Obstinate otorrhoea with offensive discharge. Catarrh of the nose and throat with fetid odour and expectoration, fetid, greenish-yellow. The mucus trickles from the nose into the throat, rawness of throat and hoarseness, (Sinapis). Dysentery, stools colourless, transparent, mingled with white particles like rice and much thirst. Chronic cystitis with cutting pains and constriction after micturition. Cystitis and urethritis (also in women). urination every ten minutes with smarting, tenesmi and ropy mucus. Prostatitis, also chronic, with thick, yellow gonorrhoeal discharge. Leucorrhoea, offensive, acrid, yellow or green, with pruritus, also in girls.

Oscar Hansen
Dr. Oscar Hansen, M.D., from Denmark, was a corresponding member of the British Homeopathic Society and the American Institute of Homeopathy. His book 'Textbook of Materia Medica and Therapeutics of Rare Homeopathic Remedies' was published in 1899.
