NOCTURNAL EMISSION (China, Phosphorus, Sulphur) (Hm).

Troublesome erections (Cantharis, Phosphorus, Pic-Ac., Platina) (K).

AGGRAVATION:

      In the morning; soon after awaking; after mental exertion; after eating; at 3 A,.M.; from touch; at 10 or 11 A.M.; from noise; in cold weather; from anger; from lying down; from uncovering; from liquors; after debauchery; from coffee; from over-eating; and use of purgatives.

AMELIORATION:

      In the evening; while at rest in dam., wet weather (Caust”); in a warm room; on covering; after stool; after discharging wind; from warmth; from free discharge; and from loosening the garments.

RELATIONSHIP:

      complementary: Kali-c., Mercurius, Phosphorus, Sepia and Sulph. (In nearly all diseases).

N.B. Nux vomica, acts best when given at night, during response of mind and; Sulph. in the morning.

Inimical to: Zincum met. (must not be used before or after).

Follows well after: Aloe, Arsenicum, Ipec, Phosphorus, Sepia and Sulph.

Is followed well by: Bryonia, Pulsatilla and Sulph.

Similar to Anacardium, Belladonna, Bryonia, Cantharis, Causticum, Cocc., Hydrastis, Ignatia, Lycopodium, Mercurius, Sepia, Sulphur, Thuja, and Zincum met.

Adolph Lippe
Adolph Lippe (born near Goerlitz, Prussia, 11 May 1812; died in Philadelphia, 23 January 1888) was a homeopathic physician who worked in the United States. Adolph got a legal education at Berlin. After completing his legal studies, Lippe became interested in homeopathy, and emigrated to the United States in 1837 to further his study. In 1838, he enrolled in the North American Academy of Homeopathy at Allentown, Pennsylvania, from where he graduated in 1841. He settled in Philadelphia, where from 1863 until 1868 he was professor of materia medica in the Homeopathic College of Pennsylvania. Besides some essays and treatises from the French, German, and Italian which became standards, Lippe was the author of:
