SECALE CORNUTUM


Wilhelm Karo gives a detail description of the female symptoms of homeopathy remedy Secale Cornutum, in his book Homeopathy in Women’s Disease, published in 1942….


      It is the drug for feeble, cachectic or thin women, suffering at each menstrual period form constant pressure and bearing-down sensation in the womb. Their mind being melancholic and full of anguish and fear of death.

Key Symptoms.

      Face pale, excessive appetite and thirst. Intolerance to external warmth and covering.

Aggravation before menstruation, during pregnancy. Better when in the cold air.

Special Symptoms.

      Menstruation too profuse, aggravated by movement flow dark with a sensation of band around the womb. Brownish and offensive leucorrhoea. Inflammation of the womb. Miscarriage between the seventh and eighth month. Tumours of the womb. Ulcers on the external genitals.
