Discharge from the lachrymal sac, with roughness of the cheek; occipital headache and other marked concomitant symptoms.

Profuse and bland discharge from the sac; profuse, thick and bland discharge from the nose.
Silicea [Sil]
Blennorrhoea, even with suppuration; the patient is sensitive to cold air and wishes to keep warmly covered.

Yellow-white discharges from lachrymal sac, itching or sharp pain in the inner canthus, especially at night.
