Laryngeal phthisis. *Laryngitis, chronic.
Characteristics
This is an unproved remedy, but it has a decided affinity for the larynx. According to Hansen its use in homoeopathy was first suggested by Meyhoffer, who gave the indication in laryngeal phthisis as: “Expectoration of small lumps of bloody mucus with slight hoarseness.” It is best suited to the early stage of the disease.
