This is the principal remedy; it controls the formation of pustules. Dr. Saunder, of London asserts that Kali mur. is prophylactic of the disease. He has never known a vaccination to “take” when the remedy has been given either directly before or after it in the 3x potency. In epidemics none of his patients get the disease if Kali mur. has been administered as a prophylactic.
