CORYZA.
DRY CORYZA-
Stoppage of nose, with feeling of dryness.
Spasmodic sneezing; nasal discharge, yellow, offensive, watery.
COUGH.
DRY COUGH- Dry, shrill, periodical, painless, screeching, spasmodic cough, evening and morning; with feeling of constriction of chest, and suffocation.
Hysterical cough; dryness of throat and fauces not benefited by any sort of drink; copious urine.
SPUTA-
None.
WORSE-
In morning; from touching the throat.
Looking at bright objects; in vaulted rooms.
From drinking; after a debauch.
Dark room increases sense of suffocation; wants bright light all the time.
SENSATIONS-
Contraction of chest; suffocation; jerking of muscles.
Aphonia, with great mental excitement.
Fits of suffocation follow coughing-spells; desires doors and windows opened. Sensation of suffocation increased by having room dark; wants bright light all the time; thinks he is going to die; very talkative.
Great dryness of throat not better from any sort of drink; burning and stinging in throat.
SPECIAL-
Cough of drunkards.
