DRY COUGH –
Suffocative, dry cough, with sawing sound on both inspiration and expiration.
Hoarse, metallic, rasping breathing: croup. (See “Special.”)
SPUTA –
None.
WORSE –
At night, and after sleep.
BETTER –
Wants to be carried about by day (Chamomilla).
SPECIAL –
Has cured in alternation with Belladonna in laryngo-tracheal croup, when the leading remedies had failed to relieve.
