CORYZA.

FLUENT CORYZA–

Sneezing and fluent coryza.

Hoarseness with sore throat.

Throat dry all night, could hardly speak.

Dryness so severe as to waken out of sleep.

Sore throat in morning; with much mucus, and pain in both ears :

DISCHARGES–

Present mostly in morning; none at night.

COUGH.

DRY COUGH–

Violent attacks of dry spasmodic cough, with vomiting day and night.

Dry, spasmodic cough, from small piece of tough phlegm in larynx, which cannot be loosened by coughing.

Tedious, dry, long-lasting cough; worse at night and from motion: with frontal head-ache and constriction and pain in chest.

Expectoration loosens by day.

SPUTA–

Mostly none; or, small piece of mucus in larynx, which will not loosen with coughing; looser by day.

WORSE–

At night, and from motion (cough).

Expectoration wanting by night, but present by day.

BETTER–

Mucus loosens up in morning and by day; dry at night.

Coryza freer in morning.

SENSATIONS–

Of tough bit of phlegm in larynx, which cannot be coughed loose.
