COUGH.
DRY COUGH-
Rawness and hoarseness in larynx in morning on waking.
Sore throat, worse from cold air; the parts are very sensitive, Continual inclination to cough; feels exhausted after coughing.
Irritation to cough with coryza.
Short, dry cough, as from constriction of the larynx.
Short, spasmodic, hacking, dry cough, in sudden shocks quickly following each other, from irritation in throat, or phlegm in back of throat.
Asthma in morning.
Wants to move continually.
SPUTA-
None; feels exhausted after coughing.
WORSE-
In open air: and after coughing.
SPECIAL- Spasm of glottis in sleeping children: spasm of larynx.
Spasms with cough occur with the inspiration.
Short, dry cough at night; nervous cough.
