Respiratory symptoms of homeopathic remedy Badiaga, described by Van Denburg in his book, Therapeutics of Respiratory system, cough & coryza, published in 1916.

CORYZA.

Fluent coryza with sneezing and stoppage of the nose, first stage.

Thick yellow discharges from the nose (second stage with sneezing.)

DISCHARGES-

Fluent first; Thick, yellow, afterwards.

COUGH.

Extremely spasmodic, forcible cough, with fluent coryza.

Sputa flies out of mouth, with the violence of coughing.

Caused by tickling as from a particle of sugar dissolving in the throat.

Presses hands to his head, during such attacks of spasmodic coughing.

Loose in the morning; Tight, P.M. and evening.

SPUTA-

Viscid at first; Thick and yellow afterwards.

SENSATIONS-

Strangling, tickling in the throat and larynx with the violent cough, as from particle of dissolving sugar.

Soreness of throat on swallowing.

Soreness of whole body, especially the chest.

Sharp, lancinating pains in various parts of chest.

RESPIRATION-

Suspended breathing on falling asleep.

Must be moved to restore breathing. (Baptisia), (Grindel.
