Sneezing, chilliness, lachrymation, and

DISCHARGES –
Dry in the room fluent the open air.
With thin mucus.
Purulent mucus with blood.
Thick like starch.
Constant hawking of tenacious mucus.
SENSATIONS –
Nose stopped.
Stupefying frontal headache.
Burning and dryness in fauces; throat dark red.
WORSE : in room, and at night. (Apis.)
BETTER : in the open air, and by day.
COUGH.
DRY COUGH –
Irritating, tormenting cough, evening and night.
In spells, with gagging and vomiting.
Fatiguing cough, From heat and tickling in throat, either day or night.
With flow of saliva (acute).
Spasmodic cough, in remote paroxysms.
From intense titillation in throat.
Feeling as of splinter in throat, afterwards thick sputa.
SPUTA –
At first, none, later, loose profuse yellow mucus.
Of mucus striped with blood.
Thick, difficult, tenacious mucus, like starch.
WORSE –
From phlegm in throat, or titillation in throat.
From laughing or singing.
When lying down, on walking.
From gagging and vomiting with cough.
Smoking; stooping.
Day or night; evening and night.
Lying on painful side.
WORSE –
Worse from severe effort of my kind; ascending stairs; severe coughing; constrained deep breathing; dancing, drinking.
BETTER –
Better from gentle exercise, walking about.
SENSATIONS –
Rawness, soreness, tickling and burning in throat, larynx, and trachea.
Rawness high up in trachea when coughing.
RESPIRATIONS –
Many people in the room take away his breath.
Spasms of respiratory muscles.
Great constriction and stitches in epigastrium; cannot talk.
Drinking suffocates.
Can bear nothing before face. (Cholera.)
Violent asthmatic attacks force him to rise and walk slowly about.
DISEASES –
Sub-acute pneumonia, or sub-acute pleuritis.
Chronic laryngitis of singers; raising the voice causes cough.
Chronic catarrh and laryngitis.
Chronic asthma, paralysis of diaphragm; locomotor ataxia; Cholera; Typhus, with respiratory symptoms.
