AMBER.

CORYZA.

Hoarseness and rawness of throat.

Better from eating.

Long-continued dryness of the nose.

COUGH.

Dry, spasmodic cough in paroxysms, from Violent itching and tickling in throat; finally a little mucus is raised, with only temporary relief (acute or hysterical).

Belching of gas with the cough. (hysterical).

Violent, spasmodic cough, with hoarseness and frequent belching.

Deep cough, from irritation deep in the chest, or Violent, spasmodic cough, with hoarseness and frequent belching.

Deep cough, from irritation deep in the chest, or Violent irritation in the throat, with hoarseness; finally scanty phlegm is raised, with temporary relief.

Easy, loose cough with thick mucus easily expelled by coughing.

SPUTA –

None, dry, spasmodic cough; scanty, at end of spell.

Scanty, thick, difficult.

Salty or sour tasting.

Seldom yellowish; usually white; cream-like, yellow-white, chronic.

BETTER –

From eating.

Morning and evening; at night only.

Lifting weight.

Using voice.

SENSATIONS –

Throat feels raw and sore with Empty swallowing, painful, but not painful from swallowing food.

Stitches from throat to ear, especially moving the tongue.

CHEST –

Tightness of chest; cannot get deep breath.

Pressure between scapulae; better from eating.

Pressure on chest.

SPECIAL –

Dry asthma of aged; worse exhaling.
