President Truman expressed profound regrets. The State Department expressed its condolences through Willard F. Barber, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Inter-American affairs. The pan American Homoeopathic Medical Congress was personally represented by Dr. R.E. Seidel.

A fine physician from a great homoeopathic family will be greatly missed by the profession.
