A small teaspoonful of lemon juice every fifteen minutes will clear the membranes. Another excellent preparation is one part Pul. Capsicum to eight parts Pul. Cinnam. Stir a heaping teaspoonful in a cup of hot water and administer a teaspoonful every fifteen minutes until throat is clear.

Dose: quarter to half a small teaspoonful in hot water after meals.

A few drops of warm Verbascum Oil may be poured into the ear. Or, apply local heat.

I have noticed that foot bathing and massage tends to improve the senses of sight and hearing. Tension in the brain is relieved and the circulation normalised. This suggests that treatment of the negative pole of the body corrects trouble in the positive pole. Intestinal disturbance also seems to be relieved by foot bathing and manipulation.
