1 Urine:-

(a) Scanty and brown, passed with much straining.

3 Frequent tenesmus of bladder and sphincter.

5 Has to wait and press some time before urine begins to flow.

7 Sudden and hurried call to urinate, but urine seems to stop at glans-penis and return, which causes unbearable pain in urethra.

9 Pain in urethra as from ulceration, cannot bear to press on it.

11 Sticking pains in glans-penis, causing frightful spasm of tenesmus in sphincter of urethra and anus, relieved momentarily by urinating.

13 Strangury, with constant urging. 15 Burning in urethra at every effort, bending him double.

17 Urine only reaches glans-penis, and causes there violent pain.

19 Spasms in bladder and sphincters, not allowing any rest at night.
