Characteristic Symptoms
Heaviness and pain, as if a hard body or weight were upon vertex, with aching and burning in the temples and above the eyes, which are burning and congested. Lachrymation. Can bear neither light nor sound. The headache involves the nerves going to the eye, and there is a crushing feeling on vertex. Menses flowing profusely only in morning and evening. Sticking through right mamma near sternum, extending to back near shoulders, aggravated by breathing.
Therapeutics
Neuralgic headache, also with inflammation of the eyes. Bronchitis and emphysema with rapid respiration, cough compelling to sit up day and night. A very good remedy for the extremely offensive expectoration in the last stage of phthisis. Pain in the milk ducts, intolerable between the acts of nursing.
