Characteristic Symptoms
Burning and aching about the spine, especially its upper part, also in the nape of neck, extending to shoulders. Dysphagia, constriction in the larynx, heaviness and difficult movement of the tongue. Headache and heat of the face. Aggravation by motion.
Therapeutics
Spinal irritation in robust and sanguine subjects. Paralysis of the tongue and of the extremities from apoplexia. (Naja). Choleriform diarrhoea, with aching in sacrum and loins (Talbot). The provings were with doses from 5-20 drops of the mother-tincture. Antidote to the bite of venomous serpents.
