Sleepless, wide-awake condition ecstasy, full of ideas no sleep in consequence; physical excitement through mental exaltation.

Headache: from over-mental exertion thinking, talking; one- sided, as from an nail driven into the brain, as if the brain were torn or dashed to pieces, worse in open air.

Unusual activity of mind and body.

Intermittent, jerking toothache; relieved by holding ice- water in the mouth, but restless when water becomes warm.
