COMMON NAME:

      BLACK OXIDE; HAHNEMANN’S SOLUBLE MERCURY.

Symptoms

      Nervous affections after suppressed discharged especially in psoric patients (Asafoetida) (A.).

Trembling of all the limbs, especially of hands and feet (N.).

Stinging pain in the limbs (Apis).

Rheumatism of the joints, with swelling and sensation of coldness.

NIGHTLY TEARING PAINS WITH PERSPIRATION (Hepar, Acid nitricum, Silicea).

Rheumatic, shining red swellings (Belladonna).

All parts go to sleep white sleeping.

Cold perspiration on the forehead (Veratrum).

PERSPIRATION, WHICH DO NOT RELIEVE (Belladonna).

Weakness and debility from exertion (Arsenicum, Bryonia, Calcarea, Conium, Crotalus horridus, Lachesis, Natrum carbonicum, Acid phosphoricum., Pic-Ac., Rhus toxicodendron, Silicea, Sepia, Spongia, Stann.).

Vulva much swollen, with a raw, sore feeling; worse at night (Bt.).

Pain in the mammae, as if they would ulcerate, at every menstrual period (Bt.).

Parenchymatous keratitis of syphilitic origin (Br.).

      At night; in damp, cold weather; from warmth of bed; from cold; during stool; from artificial light; while urinating; and when blowing; the nose.

Adolph Lippe
Adolph Lippe (born near Goerlitz, Prussia, 11 May 1812; died in Philadelphia, 23 January 1888) was a homeopathic physician who worked in the United States. Adolph got a legal education at Berlin. After completing his legal studies, Lippe became interested in homeopathy, and emigrated to the United States in 1837 to further his study. In 1838, he enrolled in the North American Academy of Homeopathy at Allentown, Pennsylvania, from where he graduated in 1841. He settled in Philadelphia, where from 1863 until 1868 he was professor of materia medica in the Homeopathic College of Pennsylvania. Besides some essays and treatises from the French, German, and Italian which became standards, Lippe was the author of:
