COMMON NAME:

      GALIPOEA CUSPARIA.

Symptoms

      Very painful ulcers, which affect the bone and extend into the marrow of it (Asafoetida, Fluor-Ac., Hepar, Acid nitricum, Silicea)

Weakness of the whole body, as if the marrow of the bones was stiff.

CARIES OF LONG BONES, AS THE HUMERUS, TIBIA, FEMUR ETC. (Fluor-Ac) (N.).

Paralytic diseases and tetanus (Bt.)

LOCK-JAW, THE LIPS ARE DRAWN BACK SHOWING THE TEETH (Belladonna, Causticum, Hyoscyamus, Ignatia, OEna., Plb., Secale, Stramonium, Strych., Veratrum)

Cracking in the joints (Ant-C., Calcarea, Caps., Ledum, Acid nitricum, Petroleum, Rhus toxicodendron).

SPASMODIC BREATHING, PALPITATION OF THE HEART, WITH ANGUISH (Arsenicum, Cact., Digitalis, Kali-P., Spigelia)

TETANIC SPASMS, CAUSED BY CONTACT, NOISE AND THE DRINKING OF LUKE-WARM WATER.

BELCHING WITH COUGH (Ambr., Sulph-Ac., Veratrum), (Br.).

Pain in articulation of jaw, in masseter muscles, as if fatigued by chewing too much (Br.).

Very much fatigued, most in the thighs (G.).

AGGRAVATION:

      From touching the affected part: from noise: and drinking lukewarm water.

AMELIORATION:

      From rest.

Adolph Lippe
Adolph Lippe (born near Goerlitz, Prussia, 11 May 1812; died in Philadelphia, 23 January 1888) was a homeopathic physician who worked in the United States. Adolph got a legal education at Berlin. After completing his legal studies, Lippe became interested in homeopathy, and emigrated to the United States in 1837 to further his study. In 1838, he enrolled in the North American Academy of Homeopathy at Allentown, Pennsylvania, from where he graduated in 1841. He settled in Philadelphia, where from 1863 until 1868 he was professor of materia medica in the Homeopathic College of Pennsylvania. Besides some essays and treatises from the French, German, and Italian which became standards, Lippe was the author of:
