A homoeopath must know his patient mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially. Homoeopathy is multidimentional pathy it treats the patient, his body, his mind and his feelings. To get complete cure; the symptom should be complete.

Our prescription is based on Individualisation. We have to individualise patient, drug and symptom too. There is great importance of sensation, location, aggravation, amelioration and concomittant. A slight mistake in designing the symptom can mislead you. See the below examples it will show, how important location, sensation and character is :

In the first example above: location fixed, sensation same but modality is different which varies remedy.

In second example above: location and modality is fixed but here sensation is distinguishing the remedy.

In third example above: sensation and modality is fixed but change of location is giving different remedies.
