HOW TO DESIGN PLAN OF TREATMENT…

What does a homoeopath do? He deals with Responses and Reaction of the patient in different situations. The alertness like Aconite or Coffea is just the reverse of the dullness of Gelsemium. while prescribing the time and order of symptom arising is equally important to modalities.

The various cravings and aversions are highly significant, especially when combined with the patient’s ‘Responses’ toward solitude, light, noise, company or any other daily environment. We do not say however that diagnosis is of no value in choosing the remedy, for certain drugs are in some diseases suddenly click your mind during treatment and deserve our careful attention. A Baryta carb. patient may have adenoids; characteristic earmarks of phosphorus in pneumonia and many more. as we say that constitution is mother of tendencies and we find the simillimum for prescription then why homoeopathy does not have specific remedies? Simply because vital force converts its energy from one form to other as per Nature’s Law; There is energy in every particle of the Universe. It can never be created nor be destroyed, it is modified by every influence and keeps itself in relative equilibrium only. Hence when surrounding circumstances changes patient demand a particular medicine. It lies in the peculiar personality of the patient, especially in the deviations of his mind from the normal. In homoeopathy we only arouse this latent energy by triggering the vital force.

The facial expression may be its true index and deserves our most careful scrutiny.. Ideally no two remedies can be equally indicated but practically we find a complete group of similar medicines.

for example: for cough we have lot of medicines. what to prescribe now? Go in depth. Find out the location of its origin means location of exciting cause whether it is the throat, larynx, chest or stomach. It will distinguish your choice of remedy. Then add modalities to it. Thus you will get the simillimum prescribe it. It will help in normal conversion of energy and then only you will get the patient’s correct response.

. We should keep in mind the fact that the premature repetition or changing of remedies before reaction is finished, does endless harm to

the patient and almost hopelessly confuses the prescriber.

The prescriber must know when to give the remedy and when to hold his hand. He must know the power of sac lac. In Mumbai there is a ESSEL WORLD, a big amusement and water park. Make your patient the member of S.L.[sac lac] world.
