A tincture is made of the fresh lichen. Headache, I had to go to the house, I could feel the blood press to the brain, my wife worked over me and I got to sleep, next morning felt well. At 8 P.M., pain (l. head) went down to sacrum, increased all the evening, and bursting headache in front. 9-12 P.M., sharp, shooting, steady pain in back. Sleep from after midnight till 8 A.M. Sore next day all over. Headache comes and goes slowly.
