DISEASES OF THE EXTERNAL AUDITORY CANAL

Homeopathy treatment of Diseases of the External Auditory Canal, with indicated homeopathic remedies from the Diseases of the Skin by Frederick Myers Dearborn.

Myringomycosis is essentially a disease of the auditory canal and has been described in detail heretofore. Furunculus or its multiple manifestation, furunculosis, is a frequent and annoying condition in this locality. It may exist quite independently of the same disease elsewhere. Eczema, dermatitis seborrhoica, seborrhea, comedones and syphilitic lesions are seen in the canal but ordinarily, they are a localization of the same conditions, easily found elsewhere and more typically.
