Mouth
Sour water accumulates in the mouth.
Accumulation of saliva in mouth, with sensation as if larynx was pressed shut.
Throat
During and after swallowing food, aching across clavicles of left side of neck into her ear; gullet feels too small for the food.

Twitching in muscles of arms.

Stitching pain in left thigh.
