Tearing pain in left eye, extending to zygoma, teeth, forehead and temple; first relieved by pressure, but soon cannot endure the slightest touch; periodic, evening in bed.
Conjunctiva swollen, dark red, as far as the cornea.
Whites of the eyes dirty yellow.
Lids swollen, red, could open them but little.
Agglutination of lids in the morning.
Neuralgia of eyebrows and temples.

Ears

Spasmodic drawing pains in both inguinal regions.

Stools: thin, pasty, bright yellow; pasty, light grey; pale, slimy; mucous diarrhoea, at night; constipated, like sheep’s dung.

Spasmodic pain in right kidney and liver; worse from 4 to 9 P.M.
Violent pains in direction of ureters, preceding passing of turbid urine.
Urging to urinate.
Urine : profuse, whitish, foaming; red and turbid; dark-yellow, clear; lemon-yellow, turbid; dark, brownish-red.
Male Sexual Organs
Frequent erections, even during day.
Pain in the glans.
Drawing pain: in the spermatic cords; in the testicle.
Redness, heat and swelling of scrotum, with small, flat vesicles, painful to touch, become moist, next day form dry scales.
Itching and creeping on scrotum and glans.
Female Sexual Organs
Menses too late; too profuse; pain under the right scapula.
Burning in the vagina, recurring each day at precisely the same hour.
Pregnancy
Longing for unusual articles of food.
Milk diminished.
Larynx
Feels swollen; feels as if pressed upon.

Breathing
Short and quick breathing, with oppression, which is relieved by a few deep inspirations; with anxiety, as if he must choke.
Cough
Violent, somewhat spasmodic; dry, in paroxysms; racking, as in consumption, with much expectoration from the lungs, also with pain behind the sternum, especially at night; mornings, with copious mucous expectoration.
Lungs
Stitches in left chest on inspiring.
Pains in the chest and back.
Oppression of the chest; the clothing seemed too tight: Spasmodic pressure behind middle of sternum, awoke him at night; extended into the bronchi, with sensation of constriction in them.
Stitches in chest, worse right side.
Soreness in lower ribs, right side.
Deep-seated pain in whole right side of chest.
Heart Pulse
Very irregular palpitation of the heart.
Violent palpitation, with tightness of the chest.
Pulse: slow; small and quick; full and hard, though but slightly accelerated towards evening.
Neck Back
Stiffness : of the neck; of the muscles of right side of neck.
Pain in right cervical muscles, and in region of right clavicle.
Pain in right side of back, with heaviness of occiput pressure toward the left ear.
Constant pain under the inferior angle of right scapula; may extend into chest or stomach, causing nausea or vomiting.
Pain in the vertebra, worse from motion and pressure, trembling, spasms of limbs; spasmodic myelitis.
Stitches beneath the right scapula.
Pain as though the lower lumbar vertebrae would separate, when bending forwards.
Upper Limbs
Pain in the right shoulder.
Stiffness in the wrist.
Tearing in tips of fingers.
Lower Limbs
Drawing pain in hips, thighs, legs and feet, more right side.
Pain in right knee, with burning and stiffness; worse when moving.

Limbs in General
Limbs: feel heavy, stiff and lame; feel paralyzed: cold.
Rheumatism, the least touch anywhere is exceedingly painful; sweat without relief.
Rheumatism worse in the lower limbs, especially in the right tarso tibial articulation; worse from walking.
