Sensorium
Confused feeling in the head, with giddiness.
Inner Head
Dull pressure in forehead, slight nausea, followed at once by stitches in right hypochondrium.
Neuralgic darting from right to left across the forehead; followed by flying pains in the epigastrium.
Frequent flying pains through the temples.
Dull pain in the occiput with flushes of heat over the occiput, neck and shoulders.
Outer Head
Soreness of side of scalp rested on (right).
Eyes
Flickering before the eyes.
Pupils dilated; contract slowly.
Eyes feel heavy and dull, balls feel sore and hot.
Burning and stinging deep in the left orbit as is the pain surrounded the ball.
Painful aching over the left eye.
Twitching: of the lids; of the muscles under the left eye.
Lachrymation.
Ears
Burning in ears; pressure; ringing in the right.
Nose
Dryness of the posterior nares and throat. Coryza.
Fluent coryza, dull frontal headache, thin, watery discharge; burning; rawness; sensitiveness to inhaled air.
Stinging and burning in posterior nares and soft palate.
Face
Pale, miserable appearance.
Flying heat and redness of the left side of the face.
Face swells after washing; rubbing causes red spots.
Tongue etc.
Taste : sweet, bitter, afterward sweetish; metallic; oily or coppery with salivation.
Cannot control the tongue so as to form words rightly.
Tongue coated white or yellow; feels scalded.
Tip of the tongue sore, as if ulcerated.
Mouth
Thick yellow phlegm in the mouth.
Salivation, oily taste; teeth as if covered with oil.
Throat
Hawks up ropy mucus of a sweetish taste.
Pricking in fauces; pressure as if something had lodged there.
Dryness, burning and constriction in fauces. Tonsils dark, congested, swollen; worse the left; inclination to swallow, with dull aching pain, burning like fire.
Frequent neuralgic pains in the fauces.
Eating
Stomach feels full, as if walls were thick, after eating.
Nausea and Vomiting
Eructations : sour: greasy: bitter; taste of food; empty; thick mucus.
Violent retching and vomiting; burning in stomach.
Stomach
Pressure as from a stone in the pit of the stomach.
Gnawing and emptiness in the stomach in the early morning.
Fluttering, faintness in stomach, burning, great distress.
Periodical tightness in scrobiculus, with labored breathing.
Hypochondria
Constant, severe aching, from the pit of the stomach to the right lower lobe of the liver.
Tenderness in the right hypochondrium; stitches, following headache.
Pinching pain in the right hypochondrium, with colic; pain through to the back on inspiring.
Congestion of liver and portal system.
Pain in the region of the spleen.
Abdomen
Burning distress, soreness and aching at navel.
Abdomen tender to touch; sense of fulness and throbbing in it.
Rumbling in the bowels, with cutting about the navel.
Cutting in the right inguinal region.
Flatulent of flying pains in the bowels.
Stool etc.
Passing fetid flatus.
Soreness, burning, itching, fulness and urging at the anus.
Dryness, heat and constriction of the rectum; rectum feels as if full of small sticks; knife-like pain in anus.
Hemorrhoids purple; painful sensation of burning; seldom bleed; aching and lameness, or shooting in back.
Prolapsus ani after stool; dull headache.
Stool large, dry, hard and knotty; difficult, dark; mushy, light brown; first part hard, black, the last of about natural consistency, but white as milk.
Urine
Frequent, scanty urination; pain in kidneys.
Urine : dark, muddy, passed with much pain; scalding; hot; dark brown sediment; yellow, with thick white mucous sediment.
Female Sexual Organs
Leucorrhoea dark yellow, thick and sticky; worse after menses; worse walking; corrodes the labia; aching in the sacrum and knees.
Pregnancy
Sacro-iliac symphysis gives out while walking; must sit down; still better lying. Hemorrhoids.
Larynx
Sensation of dryness and stiffness of the glottis and of the laryngo-pharyngeal mucous membrane.
Hoarse voice.
Breathing
Rapid, labored; with pain in r. lung.
Cough
Dry, short, increased by swallowing and deep breathing; dry, hacking, caused by constriction of the fauces, with irritation of the epiglottis.
Lungs
Raw feeling in the chest.
Lungs feel engorged, heavy.
Stitches through chest; stitches go from left to right side.
Heart Pulse
Darting in the region of heart, with fulness and palpitation.
Dull, aching, burning in the region of the heart.
Palpitation, heart’s action full, heavy; can feel the pulsation all over the body.
Pulse : accelerated; soft, weak.
Neck and Back
Lameness and weariness, in back of neck.
Aching between the shoulders.
Pains in right scapula and chest; worse inhaling.
Severe, dull, aching pain in lumbo-sacral region, affecting sacrum and hips; worse stooping forward and when walking.
Upper Limbs
Left arm and hand much warmer, feel heavy and swollen.
Right arm feels paralyzed, cannot raise it.
Pricking, swollen feeling of hands after washing them.
Nails blue.
Lower Limbs
Back and legs weak; can hardly walk, must lie down.

Right : hypochondria, groin, lung, inhaling, arm paralyzed. Left: pain in eyeball, red face, tonsil congested; heart,; arm heavy.
Left to right : stitches through chest.
Tissues
Fullness as from too much blood; heart, head, skin.
Sore feeling of muscles, mornings on awaking and on motion.
Dryness of mucous membranes.
