Change of climate, out of door life.

Excision of nerve.

Hyoscine hydrobromate, full doses, three times a day, to stop motor tic, 135.

Strychnia, one-fortieth grain every four hours increased to one-twelfth grain on fifth day.

Stop treatment at this point.

Osmic acid, four to seven minims 2 per cent. solution injected into nerve trunk.
