      If from a cold, lumbago, rheumatic, followed by Kali mur.

Kali phos. [Kali-p]

      From nervous exhaustion, physical breakdown.

      Better in the open, cool air.

Silicea. [Sil]

      Better from warmth.

Calcarea fluor. [Calc-f]

      Aching, tried, as if bruised, relief by mild exercise.

Magn. phos. [Mag-p]

      Lightning-like, darting pain.
